UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for deletion of certain title deed & approval conditions as set out in Annexure A for Erf 1608, Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions in Annexure A.
b. The application for street building line departure, as set out in Annexure A and as shown on the plans attached as Annexure C, for Erf 1608, Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions set out in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
Delete paragraph 3.1
3.2.1 The building plans for a pedestrian entrance shall be substantially in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C, to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management.
