1. The application for permanent departure as set out in Annexure A, for erf 2718 Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 as shown in Annexure C.
2. The application for relaxation of a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of erf 2718, Pinelands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
