UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for Rezoning of portion of erf 95101, Cape Town from General Residential (GR4) to General Business (GB1) to permit a restaurant, as indicated in Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for City approval to permit building work within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, in respect of erf 95101, Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
