UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for permanent departure as set out in Annexure A, for erf 1514, Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 as shown in Annexure C subject to the condition in Annexure A.
b. The application for Consent in terms of the title deed, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of erf 1514, Pinelands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the condition in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
1.3 The building plan shall include a 1.8m high x 1.2m wide screen on the first and second floor located along the south western common boundary.
