a. The application for the deletion and amendment of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 961, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
b. The deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to a township establishment as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 961, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
c. The application for permanent departures, in respect of Erf 961, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015,
