UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for Consent, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 2146 Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 2146 Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to correct reason 6.1.3 as follows:
Complies with City policies and strategies (i.e. Metropolitan Spatial Development Framework, Table Bay District Plan, Integrated Development Plan, Economic Growth Strategy, Social Development Strategy, Transit Orientated Development Strategic Framework, Densification Policy, Urban Design Policy)
