UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Consent, departure, removal of title deed and land use conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 2047 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
