UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for removal of title deed restrictions, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 2357 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Bylaw 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.9 as follows:
The proposal will not negatively impact existing rights as contemplated in Section 25 of the Constitution
