The application for Departure from the common boundary from 3.0m to 1.75m and 1.50m and carriageway crossing to construct two (2) carriageway crossing with 12m minimum required as per plan no TS/049/SEWRAJ dated 03/08/2018 drawn by J & Q building plans architects on Erf 30702 Kraaifontein BE APPROVED in terms of section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to Annexure A.
