RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for relaxation of the 3.15m common building line, as per Title Deed condition B.3.(d) of T12763/2018, to 1.0m for the above garage and to 3.0m for internal alternations/room changes in respect of Erf 1019, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Site Layout Plans No 1164_skp09 (see Annexure B).
b. The application for Permanent Departure to permit the relaxation of the 3.0m common building line, as per the Development Management Scheme, to 1.0m for a garage in respect of Erf 1019, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Site Layout Plans No 1164_skp09 (see Annexure B).

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report
