The application for Subdivision of Erf 12219, Brackenfell (zoned Single Residential 1), into a Portion 1 (743m2), Portion 2 (820m2) and a Remainder (4 290m2) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Subdivision Plan No APS/12219/Sub R1v4, dated September 2019 (see Annexure C), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
