The application for the Amendment of Restrictive Title Deed and Township Condition B(d), to remove a part of the condition relating to a 10m building line along Eversdal Road, as listed in title deed no T33448/2018, relating to Erf 2661, Everdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the amended condition attached as Annexure A,
