RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The rezoning of Erf 1065, Eversdale, from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to General Residential 2 (GR2) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A &
b. The application for permission/approval in terms of the Development Management Scheme, to permit approval of a Site Development Plan (including Landscaping Plan) BE APPROVED.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report
