RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The rezoning of Remainder Erf 56 and Erven 4144, 41445, 1053 and 15736, Durbanville from Single Residential 1 to General Residential 2 for the purposes of a Retirement Village development BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The consent for Institutional use on Remainder Erf 56 and Erven 4144, 41445, 1053 and 15736, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The consolidation of Erven 4144, 41445, 1053 and 15736, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C.
Conditions
The word “Mater” is replaced with “Master” in Condition 2.22
2.22 The Master and Detailed Landscaping Plans, once approved shall be implemented by and at the cost of the developer, in accordance with the approved plans within a timeframe as agreed to with the Environmental and Heritage Management Department.
