RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
a. That in respect of Erf 39673, Bellville, the deletion restrictive title conditions Clauses A(D)(iii)(c) and (d) in title deed T33489/17, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That in respect of Erf 39673, Bellville, the application for the deletion of previous conditions of approval relating to use and building setbacks as reflected in Clauses D1. D2 and D3 in title deed T33489/17, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. That in respect of Erf 39673, Bellville, the application for the rezoning from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to Local Business 1 (LB1) to permit medical consulting rooms/administrative offices BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to compliance with condition attached as Annexure A.
d. That in respect of Erf 39673, Bellville, the departures for the relaxation of the on-site parking bay requirement from 20 to 19 bays, the 3m common boundary building line to 0.75m and for vehicles to revers across the sidewalk of the property onto the public street, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the proposed site development plan attached as Annexure C, subject to compliance with the conditions attached as Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
