a. The application for the rezoning of Erven 4493 and 15673, Bellville from Single Residential (SR1) to General Residential (3) to permit a motor vehicle fitment center, carwash and administrative offices BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. The application for consolidation of Erven 4493 & 15673, Bellville BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. The application for the approval of a site development Plan in respect of Erven 4493 & 15673, Bellville BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
