UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 2092, Parow to allow for the relaxation of the 3.0m common boundary building line to 1.5m and 0.0m to permit a covered stoep with a braai as well as a Lapa with a braai BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
