RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
The application for the permanent departures in terms Item 42(b) to permit a carport extension on Erf 15992, Parow, Street building line of 0m in lieu of 3,5m; common boundary of 0m in lieu of 3m. BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Layout Plan attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report except the 6th bullet point reason which is amended as follows:
• There is no heritage impact.
