RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
The application for permanent departure in respect to Erf 5076, Goodwood, involving the relaxation of the common boundary building line from 3.0m to 0m to allow a veranda, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site layout plan attached as Annexure C. and conditions contained in Annexure A.
ADDITIONAL CONDITION
2.2 All guttering and rain water disposal from the roof of the veranda be located on the subject property and not infringe over the property boundary line
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report
