An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, on erf 536 at 16 La Provence Way Westridge Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
