An administrative penalty in the amount of R 200.00 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful tool shed in respect of Erf 10972, 5 Van Der Spuy Street, Strand in accordance with plan no. 1568/07.
