An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful carport in respect of Erf 4180, 33 Rue Normandie Road, Somerset West in accordance with plan no.(100).
