An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful covered braai patio in respect of Erf 3192, Somerset West in accordance with plan no. 3192/8/19, dated 20 August 2019.
