UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of the unauthorised building work (erection of a pool braai area across the street and common boundary building lines) on Erf 5379, 4 Podalyria Street, Gordon’s Bay.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
