The application in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for a permanent departure to relax the common building line from 3m to 1.515m and 0.615 for the proposed granny flat (granny flat), balcony and external staircase BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Building Plan No.0/287 – 1.01 – Dated Feb 2019
