RESOLVED that:
The application for Consent use in order to regularize the freestanding cellular telecommunications base station of 25m in height on a portion of erf 4843, 43 School Street, Van der Stel, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
Standard conditions which apply to cellular telecommunication base stations must be included in Annexure A
