UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the Subdivision of Erf 2784, Somerset West into four portions measuring approximately 1 160m² (Portion 1), 1 036m² (Remainder), 1 354m² (Portion 3) and 1 659m² (Remainder) in extent in accordance with Subdivision Plan No Erf 2784 SSW dated July 2019, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
Rename paragraph 2.5 as a ‘note’ as follows:
NOTE: That the necessary authorisation from HWC with regard to the proposed subdivision shall be obtained prior to Section 137 clearance being granted.
