UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for Amendment of the General Plan No. C.40 Sheet 1 & 2 for remainder Farm 662, erven 3279 & 3280, Kelderhof Country Estate, Croydon, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the Subdivision of the various public street portions as set out on Annexure A for remainder Farm 662, erven 3279 & 3280, Kelderhof Country Estate, Croydon, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for the Rezoning of the various portions of subdivided public street from Transport Zone 2 to Open Space Zone 3 for remainder Farm 662, erven 3279 & 3280, Kelderhof Country Estate, Croydon, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. The application for the Rezoning of Erf 3037, Croydon from Open Space Zone 2 to Open Space Zone 3, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
