a. The application for amendment of restrictive condition as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 906, Sea Point East BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no Dwg no A001, A002, A003, A004 dated 10 April 2017.

b. The application for permanent departures as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 906, Sea Point East BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no Dwg no A001, A002, A003, A004 dated 10 April 2017.

REASONS FOR DECISION
