UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for permanent departure as set out in Annexure A, for erf 960, Vredehoek BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 as shown in Annexure C.
b. The application for City approval to permit work within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 960, Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 as shown in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend annexure A:
Add 1.3 That the proposed 2m high screen wall on the common boundary be continued for the full length of that balcony on that staircase
