UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 15 000.00 for the unauthorised building work and land use BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 2707 Montague Gardens, in accordance with plan 2707/07/2019RcW dated 10 October 2019, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
