UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use to permit a place of instruction (an early childhood development centre) on Erf 726 Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The regulation departure to forego the provision of a stop and drop facility on-site for the early childhood development centre on Erf 726 Milnerton, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT partially APPROVED and partially REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
