a. The regulation departure from the street building line to accommodate the kitchen and dining bar (main dwelling) 1m in lieu of 3.5m on erf 19939, Phoenix, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
