Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The regulation departure to permit the encroachment of the 3m rear common building line to 0m in respect of erf 2982, Duynefontein (Melkbosch Strand), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A;

b. The regulation departure to permit the encroachment of the 5m Atlantic Avenue street building line to 1.6m in respect of erf 2982, Duynefontein (Melkbosch Strand), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A;

c. The regulation departure to permit an additional carriageway crossing on erf 2982, Duynefontein (Melkbosch Strand), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A;

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
