UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. Consent use to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages on erf 396, Melkbosch Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015); subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. Deviation from the approved layout plan as per condition 3.1.2 of the 2017 approval for erf 396, Melkbosch Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015); subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. Amendment of condition 3.2.1. of the 2017 approval on erf 396, Melkbosch Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015); subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. City approval to allow for development within the Koeberg Restriction Overlay Zone on erf 396, Melkbosch Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015); subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
