<i class="icon link-external"></i></a></p><p>The City has good supporting infrastructure too, including four universities, broadband networks, a Sport Science Institute, world-class hospitals and medical facilities, and a host of accommodation solutions from hotels to hostels, to a very active Air BnB industry.</p><h4>Transport Management Plans</h4><p>Organisers of events that have a certain level of impact on the environment or the surrounding community are required to submit a Transportation Management Plan (TMP). The TMP must be approved by the Event Section of our Transport Network Department before the event takes place. </p><p>A TMP is required if the proposed event changes the transportation environment by: </p><ul><li>Affecting public transport routes and schedules</li><li>Causing abnormally long queuing or delays </li><li>Requiring additional traffic control measures </li><li>Requiring road users to reduce their travel speed or direction of travel on the roads </li></ul><p>Download our

<a href="https://dhlstadium.co.za/" target="_blank">The DHL Stadium<i class="icon link-external"></i></a> is a 55 000-seater multi-functional stadium and was host to the 2010 FIFA World Cup. </p><p>It has since hosted several international sports tournaments, concerts and festivals.
