There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 NOTE that an application for extension of trading hours OFF- CONSUMPTION Monday - Saturday (18:00 – 20:00) received from ZATION NL, 185 King Langalibalele Drive, Langa was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended. Subcouncil 15 recommends that the application for an extension of trading hours OFF Consumption Monday - Saturday, (18:00 – 20:00), reference no. WCP / 041965, for the business ZATION NL, 185 King Langa Libalele Drive, Langa BE SUPPORTED.
