a) That Portfolio and Subcouncil committees be provided the opportunity to submit written comments on the electronic copy of the City’s Integrated Annual Report as part of the public participation process.
b) That all Subcouncil Chairpersons who serve on a Section 79 Committee inform their respective Subcouncils of the public participation process.
