Resolution detail

The Chairperson introduced the Report on Active Grants-In-Aid Process of Ward 40 And Ward 46 During 2022/-2023 Financial Year and asked Mr. Daniels to explain the item. Mr Daniels said that as Cllr Ngcombolo said in his ward updates the Grants-In-Aid Project was approved in the Adjustment Budget. The report explains the implementation of the project for Ward 40 and Ward 46. Cllr Achmat needed clarity whether the Grants-In-Aid is not specific according to who can apply. Mr Daniels said that the amount is broad and it will depend on the applications received for a ward. Cllr Cassiem moved for noting of the report supported by Cllr Moses. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. . RESOLVED That the report on Active Grants-In-Aid process of Ward 40 and Ward 46 during 2022-2023 Financial Year BE NOTED. Action: ANTHONY DANIELS
