Resolution detail

The Chairperson introduced the report on Draft Shared-Network Charges Policy For Energy Directorate. The Subcouncil Manager and asked the official to take the meeting through the report. Cllr Moses said that there is no policy in place when it comes to way leaves and which principle applies to this document. Mr Jefferies said that they charge according to what the consumer applies and afterwards they apply for way leaves internal and external and the construction team can go ahead with the implementation. He said that is a process internal through bulk services and tele communication for the required way leaves. He said from the corporate and resilience they are working on a management of way leave Citywide they have appointed contractors to come up with online web based application system. Cllr Ngcombolo moved for noting of the report supported by Cllr Moses. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
