Resolution detail

It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 recommends that the lease of a Portion of a Public Street, being Erf 1123 and Portion of Erf 1127 Thornton, situated between Pieke and Rifle Range Roads, Thornton, shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the plan 130008581 marked annexure A, attached to the report, in extent approximately 91 m², to Hermann Fluckiger, owner of Erf 1011 Thornton, or his successor in title, be approved subject, to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. A tariff rental of R 680.00 per annum including VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of 10 (ten) years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for gardening and security purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of his/her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements.
