RESOLVED that,
the application for extension of liquor licence trading hours received from reference no WCP/031997 Woolworths (Noordhoek) for the extension of liquor trading hours be REFUSED for:
a. Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00, and
b. Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00 for off-consumption purposes.
for the following reasons:
a) the proximity of the licensed premises to surrounding residential zoned area.
b) Not supported by the ward committee.
c) Not in the public interest.
d) No motivation dealing with the impact of risks and nuisances.
