RESOLVED
Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:
It is RECOMMENDED that the motion submitted by Ald Stuart Pringle BE SUPPORTED and that City report to the sub council; via every line department; of all City owned land within the jurisdiction of Sub Council 24, broken down per ward; where land invasions have taken place and where Line Departments have caused legal steps to be taken via laying of charges; application for interdicts, whether these are granted or still pending.
Mover: Ald Stuart Pringle and seconded by Cllr Anda Ntsodo & Cllr Danile Khatshwa with no objections to the motion.

Activity Day Meeting - 6 October 2021
Goodman Rorwana reported that they have received a discussion but there is no proper report and know where the pockets according to his understanding and have spoken with Susan Groenewald and she will look as to which pockets are affected in Khayelitsha and other areas around the recent land invasions in Subcouncil 24.
RESOLVED
The Subcounci to follow-up with Susan Groenewald the progess made on the written report regarding the recent land invasions for the areas in Subcouncil 24.
That the item REMAINS on the MRA’s.

MATTERS RECEIVING ATTENTION FOR WARDS 15 AND 84
The Subcouncil Manager explained that Ward 15 and 84 was previously part of Subcouncil 24 and therefore all the matters receiving attention was carried over to Subcouncil 8. Cllr Peck and McFarlane, the ward councillors of ward 15 and 84 said that these matters could be dealt with directly with the line departments at a separate meeting that will be arranged by the Subcouncil office therefore it be proposed that the Matters Receiving for Wards 15 and 84 be closed.
RESOLVED
That all the matters receiving attention relating to Wards 15 and 84, BE CLOSED.
