That the Subcouncil follow-up with the official Gunther Rohlandt on the R44 Road Upgrade –North & South Bound Lanes regarding the over expenditure on the project and get clarity on the comment reflected on the PCER that it will be reposted.

That it is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of January 2021 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
