Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Liquor Plumstead, Erf 73984, Shops 4 and 5, KFC Centre, Cnr Gabriel and Wicklow Roads, Plumstead Ref No WCP038224/B trading days and hours Sundays from 11:00 to 18:00 for consumption off premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
