Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Liquor Plumstead, Erf 73984, Shops 4 and 5, KFC Centre, Cnr Gabriel and Wicklow Roads, Plumstead ref No WCP038224/A trading days and hours, Mondays to Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00 for consumption off premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
