REVIEW OF THE SUBCOUNCIL WARD ALLOCATION PROCESS: FINANCIAL YEAR 2021/2022 – SUBCOUNCIL 11
The Subcouncil Manager Ms Kayise Nombakuse informed the members that the purpose of the report is to inform Subcouncil 11of the Ward Allocations process for the 2021/2022 financial year relating to the proposed timeframes and processes. She also informed the members that she attended ward 44 committee meeting and encouraged the ward committee members to submit proposed projects and names of NGO’s /NPO involved with feeding schemes in the ward.

RESOLVED
The members supported the recommendation that:
The principles and procedure relating to the 2021/2022 Subcouncil Ward Allocation process as outlined in the report BE NOTED, on the understanding that the final provision for Subcouncil Ward Allocations process will in each instances be allocated to the Subcouncil as a whole, such amount to be calculated on the basis of the number of wards within each Subcouncil. |
