Subcouncil 20 requests that cognisance be taken of the issues raised requiring clarity, namely:

The facilities on record that was not accounted for in the report with regards to leases.

Groenewald and Tramways, are the same facility, does each entity have a lease.

The three-tier categories of leases, has it been adopted by the MFMC in order for it to be implemented?
