RULES OF ORDER FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS OF SUBCOUNCILS, WARD COMMITTEES, AD-HOC TASK -TEAMS AND WORKING GROUPS INCLUDING COUNCIL RECESS POWERS RELATING TO SUBCOUNCILS
The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that the purpose of the report is to recommend that Subcouncils consider the amendment and issuing directions of Rules of Order for virtual Subcouncil meetings, ward committees, ad – hoc task-teams and working groups including council recess powers relating to Subcouncils, in accordance with the related regulations issued by the Minister of Co-operative Governance.
