“As you are aware the President yesterday evening declared COVID 19 a National Disaster where gatherings in excess of 100 persons are prohibited. The ward councillor outreach programme budget meetings are therefore suspended. Instead digital platforms will be used to illicit public comment, therefore the item is withdrawn.”
